High PC temperature problem

I have a problem, my pc with i7700k is very hot. I only have a Front cooler and cpu cooler. My motherboard is also hot like 70-80 °C when i play 

i use a Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 - Miditower - ATX

 

cpu when i play 75-85°C

my specs is

i7 7700k

gpu 1060 3gb

cpu cooler hyper evo 212x

Sounds reasonable with that cpu and cooler... maybe better thermal paste or more case ventilation perhaps

Okay thanks but do you think my gpu bottlenecking my gpu ?

Did you add thermal paste?

Did you remove the plastic off of the CPU heatsink?

Did you overclock the CPU at all?

Yer my cpu is overcloked 9% in bios, i just overcloked 9% in bios dont know what

No bottlenecks... although you should’ve got a better gpu than that and had a less pricey cpu it would’ve been better fps wise

Remove those overclocks to stock speeds.

So i have to turn to normal ? so not ASUS optimal in my bios

If you don't have any back exhaust fan (Fan behind the CPU cooler) then consider buying one

Can you post a picture of the inside? Like the whole inside of the case

Having an exhaust fan would help, check which orientation your fans are at. From what I'm hearing, both of those 2 (including the CPU fan cooler) should be both intakes.
