Soundcard bent?

I have a question, I have a asus xonar dgx sound car but the capacitors are bent, is that normal? Does it still works?

Bent is fine,  broken from the board is not.  As long as the metal contacts are not touching anything else conductive, and are touching just the board -- youre ok.

Yes, being bent is fine, as long as the capacitors are in contact with their contacts on the board, it will work.
