leak testing
Go to solution
Solved by RicY,
Depends on loop config & setup.
Since I myself use soft tubing, my leak test is pretty much as long as it takes to fill and bleed loop. Once filled and majority of air bled, go around everything, check if no leaks and its good to go.
If you are going hardline with lots of fittings it may have more points of failure because of that, but my guess its the same - fill up, bleed air, check for leaks, leave running for like 1 hour, if no leaks present, there should not be any.
I see no point of leaktesting more than 2 hrs tbh.
My 5 cents.
