Realtek Headset Problems

SO I am having troubles with my new pc.

 

I have a razer headset with volume and mic but when I plugin my headset in the front port the ASUS Realtek HD Audio Manager opens.

 

It gives me the option with Mic In, Headphone or Speaker Out.

 

I have tried everything and I need my headset to display both volume and mic, currently I can only hear people and people can only hear me every so lightly.

 

Much help is needed and much thanks will be given.

Is it a usb connection? That worked for mine... maybe go into it’s settings and turn the mic volume up in control panel.
