I was watching youtube benchmarks on games with my soon-to-be specs and I've noticed that in one video AC Syndicate runs around 40-50FPS on very high, but on the other, WITH THE SAME SETTINGS it barely pulls a 25. I don't get it? I've just bought a GTX 1050Ti and an i5 7400, will I be getting more or less FPS? Now, I know that those youtube videos are sometimes fake, but I can't tell because I don't really know what to believe. Keep in mind that my OS is "freshly" installed (about 3-4 weeks ago). Thanks.

 

CPU: Intel Core i5 7400 3,0 GHz

GPU: Palit nVidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti StormX 4 GB DDR5

RAM: 2x4GB

MOBO: ASRock H110M-HDV R3.0

 

 

What kind of performance am I to expect on low-medium-high-ultra settings on 1280x720? Please, guys, help.

 

EDIT: Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that I WON'T be playing on 1080p. My max monitor display is 1440x900.

are you sure that the processor they used in the video is the same as yours? That could have a big impact on performance.

the problem is that in different scenarios you will have different results (different maps for example), but a 1050 ti is more than enough for 720p

@BADFPSNOOBOHNO10FPS that's the point of this post, I don't know, I'm not sure if they had the same processor.

@cj09beira I'm talking about AC Syndicate in particular so map isn't important, right? How much FPS do you think I will get at high-very high settings at 720p?

Those videos shouldn't really be trusted because for all you know they could be running an i7-770k. The performance will vary greatly depending on his processor. Could you link me to the video..?

To be honest, no one will really know until you try it your self.
