About 2 days ago I cleaned deeply cleaned my computer. Like I took everything out down to the motherboard out of the case. yesterday and today I have noticed I can barely play a 720p youtube video, cant play GTA V anymore (used to get like 40 to 50 fps now only 15 to 37).  And on Friday I was playing G-mod with a friend and recording with obs, Just fine. Now I get like 19 fps when trying to do that. please help thanks. and ps I have reinstalled the Nvidia drivers and it didn't work.

Did you unmount the CPU cooler? If so could it be that you haven't seating it well enough and is causes it to throttle heavily. Even if you didn't I could still see the cooler needing to be re-seating with new thermal paste.

Check the temps, both graphics card and CPU
