 my fps drops to like 30 and wont go past 44 anyone know what these symbols mean? im playing rainbow six siege btw

i'm running an rx 560 and an i3 8100 8 gb of ram

what power profile is your computer set to? Even desktops can be set to "power saver"

im not sure what that is

search "control panel", set the sorting to large icons, then find power options, make sure its set to balanced or high performance, then try rebooting your computer, see if that works

i tried that and its happening again, its on high performance
