invalid scan frequency

so i have Hitachi PW2 42PD7A10A tv and i wanted to connet it to pc via hdmi, but my tv shows  invalid scan frequency when i try to do it, tyed many settings still same.

only time it showed screen was when i restaarted pc whit hdmi cabel in tv but only then it showed my mb logo and thats it black screen but no  invalid scan frequency text.

any solution?
