Cheap-ish Hackintosh

So I currently have an early 2015 MacBook 13". Some one is looking to buy it for around $800. I REALLY like GarageBand for making and performing music live, but its not available on a windows platform. I have some other responsibilities that require that I have a Windows based computer. I'm not too knowledgeable about Hackintoshes so could someone who is more into the know create a parts list for me, if that is even possible with my price range... The budget is the $800 and I would like to produce music off of it...
