@Aphexx says they don't sound the best, but at least the wireless functionality is good. Other headphones/headsets will cut out at the slightest sign of interference or introduce lots of unwanted noise.

the 2100 is on sale today for 99 from the corsair website apparently.

from the 5 pairs of the vengeance 2000's I had none of the usual wireless problems with static or dropping within the normal zones. standing next to a running microwave does interfere and there is a 1 foot square deadspace next to my cupboards. other than that I can get roughly 8-10 meters away from the base station easily allowing me to reach the kitchen and bathroom so I can skype eat and poop like a boss.

the sound:

I find it kind of funny how the dt770 that I have that has recessed mids can be praised and recommended by everyone including me all day long but the corsair with a similar sound gets ripped on. but unlike the dt770 the corsair has shit for soundstage pure junk and made worse by the echoey EAX and the dolby headphone refresh.

although I've stopped playing mmo's and raiding and my pc habits are now changing having a wireless option has become a must for me being tethered to my pc or blasting my speakers loud enough to be heard all over the house (and by my neighbors) is not something I can do anymore.

as for the wireless sennheiser option the only ones that I've heard good reviews on are the rs220 and the rs 180. some have even speculated that the same drivers as the hd 6xx series are used in the Rs220's
