The Collective

Tom Cat

This is my first PC I have ever owned and built so i'm very proud of it. I called it The Collective because it was a family effort to get all the parts. The Collective is a black and white build with RGB lighting. The part selection is a bit jank but every part I picked I picked for a reason. Here's the list..

Intel's 7700k

https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Desktop-Processor-i7-7700K-BX80677I77700K/dp/B01MXSI216

- I know Coffeelake exist, but I don't mind a bit of a down grade, plus I got a great deal on it for $200 brand new! I will most likely upgrade when Intel's tenth generation comes out or the first generation to support DDr5.

[CPU Cooler] CRYORIG H7

ASRock's z270 Taichi

- I got a great deal of this board and it matched my color scheme.

Nvidia's GTX 1060 6gb Super-clocked by EVGA

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-06G-P4-6163-KR/dp/B01IPVSLTC/ref=sr_1_sc_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514580091&sr=1-2-spell&keywords=superclockeed

-I really didn't need a 1070 because I don't play strong games

[GPU Cooler] Kraken G12 and Thermaltake Water 3.0 120mm

https://www.amazon.com/Kraken-Matte-Cooling-Black-RL-KRG12-B1/dp/B06ZZN9N85/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514580250&sr=1-1&keywords=g12&th=1

https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Ultimate-Enthusiast-Cooling-CL-W007-PL12BL/dp/B00ZTRWPJ8/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514580507&sr=1-3&keywords=water%2B3.0&th=1

- I know a 1060 doesn't need an AIO, but I did it because I wanted too.

Corsair's white DDr4 LPX 2666 Ram

https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Vengeance-2x8GB-2666MHz-Memory/dp/B01EI5YZSA/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514580660&sr=1-2&keywords=with+ram+2666

250gb Samsung Evo ssd and 3tb WD Blue Hard Drive

Peripherals

Samsung's 24in Curved monitor

https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-C24F390-24-Inch-Curved-Monitor/dp/B01CX26WPY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514581569&sr=1-1&keywords=samsung+24+in+curved+monitor

I also used a GPU brace, a 140mm fan, and a fan hub. If you want the link to those just ask. I also plan on adding a Hue+ and 2 Aer RGB fans. I will also buy another 140 fan and mount it with my existing 140mm fan to the front, so I can remove the stock fans completely. If you have any questions just ask!
