Hello everybody!

I would like your assistance, i just purchased two coolermaster masterfan 140 pro rgb to use with my gigabyte z370 ultra gaming. The fans have a four pin rgb cable and gigabyte has a five pin rgbw header which the manual claims to be compatible with each other. My problem is that when i try to connect them, i cannon push the pins to the corresponding fan rgb cable ports, as if the pins ports are two small (?)!!

I'm a missing something? I did not try to push them hard in fear that the might break etc. Do i have to use some kind of adapter or extension cable?

Thank you in advance!

Shift the header around until the pins alight with it. It's not designed well to guide the pins in.
