Hi, I’m looking for some examples if anyone has ever modified a Corsair Carbide Series 400C.  I need some ideas for modifications because as of right now, I’m plum out of ideas.

For something quick and simple you can get custom designed vinyl decals for the case.

Do you think car decals would work or look really bad after a while?

It's all preference, if it fits the theme and look you have shouldn't be an issue at all. Personally most decals I've done are brands logos and simple stripes or geometric shapes which are all fairly simple.

Do you have any examples?    I'd love to "borrow" some ideas.

In my current system I haven't done much just come carbon fiber accents and the Asus logo over a IO cover I made. For some other builds I've worked on I've made some 3D hexagonal shapes and triangles.

Wow, that looks really good.  I had this crazy idea of using a vinyl wrap for a car that’s carbon fiber themed on all the non-white areas of the outside of the case.

It takes a little practice to get right but that's very doable if you wanted an easily revertible option.

Would the wrap even stick to the case though?  Also, I could practice it on some other stuff I wanted to wrap first.

Yeah vinyl wrap sticks to most surfaces, anything painted should have little to no problem. It can have some trouble on rubber coated finishes if you wanted to say wrap over a mouse but rarely will you get something that vinyl won't stick to at all.
