Random shut down pls help

Hi all,

 

So I have my PC a couple years now and it's probably a pretty bad setup now.

But I love the thing and it does everything just fine for me.

But now I have a weird issue, my pc wil just freeze and restard itself randomly.

Sometimes it will word fine for weeks and then it will happen 3 times in 1 evening.

Can anybody here assist me?

My specs are on my profile and as far as I know all my drivers are up to date.

Faulty PSU, SSD/HDD fail, Windows update. There’s loads of things it could be.

Hard to say without more details? BSOD or just straight crash? I had an issue where something similar would happen to me it seemed pretty random at first. I eventually pinned it down to one of my USB ports being fried. Whenever I would pluged something into it (a controller or something) it would eventually crash.
