I have a Gigabyte gtx 1050 2gb and when I'm playing (csgo, gta, pubg, lol...) the temp stays at 51ºC. But since this morning, even when NOTHING opened its slowly rising from 55 to 59 and then it falls down to 55 and start again. Since this is happening the performance is really worse (used to get 200 fps on csgo, now 40-70 and falling to 10 for less than 1 sec). I've opened my pc today to see if there's some dust on the gpu but it's clean. So what's happening to it? I'm changing to a 1060 6gb in 2 days but I still want to know what is going on and maybe try to fix it.

If you updated yesterday and it started happening today there is a good chance that it is the drivers.  Try to DDU and re-install.  I've had issues where a glitched installation has caused fan speed / thermal issues.

just installed MSI Afterburner and it seems to be getting cooler, 40ºC now
