Android as Forza Horizon 3 Controller

I have an old phone Sony Xperia phone laying around that I wold like to use as a controller. Couple years ago, I played NBA 2k?? with an app I forgot its name that worked flawlessly over WIFI, so does anyone know an app that does its job and works with fh3 as a xbox one controller?

edit: The game is on a windows 10 PC btw, and I would like to use it on my pc while its connected to a wireless display, my living room tv
