Q6600 overclocking?

I recently acquired an old system with a q6600 and an msi p7n sli platinum board. I’m going to slap my 212 evo on it and see how far I can push it. Any tips for overclocking? I’ve never overclocked any cpu other than my 6700k so this is a pretty new experience for me.

The difference between the Q6600 and newer Intel chips is that these Core 2 processors use FSB (Front Side Bus) as well as a multiplier. These two multiplied together will give you for clock speeds. Some people have just increased the FSB to 333 to get 3.0 GHz without any adjustments to voltage, etc. So back to the old fashioned way of adjust, test, and clear the CMOS if it shits itself.

What voltages would you consider safe for the FSB and CPU? Also do I need to touch NB and SB voltages?
