well, i would go for the AIO pump header in this case. i mean, it is specifically made for that purpose. :P

it shouldn't matter too much tough, but AIO pump headers are more fine tuned for the sometimes hard to drive AIO pumps i believe.

If you use the AIO_PUMP header, be sure to disable monitoring on the CPU fan header in BIOS.
