Windows 10 not installing ?

Hello,

 

I am currently installing windows 10 pro from a usb 3.0 stick from Microsoft.

 

I clicked on reboot override in the bios and clicked on the usb-windows 10 to boot from and I have been stuck on the windows screen (blue/turquoise icon with black screen) for about 20 min without the loading circle on the bottom. 

 

Is this Normal or did I do something wrong on the bios ?

To go into more detail, it’ll load the files after I pick which bit to install then freezes at the blue icon- black screen.

 

i just tried rebooting it again from the reboot menu and samething is happening.....

Found my answer since it was running a X399 MB
