So I have currently got a GTX 1060, and storage and have a budget of £570 or $760 left.

I'm wanting some advice/changes to my current list:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x

Cooler: Arctic Freezer 33

MOTHERBOARD: MSI B350 Tomahawk

RAM: Corsair Vengence DDR4 3200Mhz 2 x 4Gb Sticks

PSU: EVGA SupaNOVA G2 650W

CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 (Red)

FANS: 2 x Arctic High-Performance 140mm, 3 x Arctic High-Performance 120mm

Main things I need advice and changes on are the case, PSU and cooler, I'm wanting the best temps, I don't care about looks but more on the best temperatures.

Please give me the best suggestions to help fit my budget (I can go over a small amount )

Why care about temps on the CPU? As long as it's below 80°C it's not a problem.

I don't actually need storage as I already have that sorry for not making it clear.
