Help, moniter issue!

Tom Cat
Go to solution Solved by Slottr,

Connect by the gpu.

I want specs because if youre running a cpu without onboard graphics I can tell you.

So I just finished my build, but my moniter isn't connecting. The moniter is saying no signal. What should I do?

Specs? Are you connected by the gpu or motherboard?

Motherboard. Why would you need specs?

e.g. - the new Ryzen processors don't have onboard Graphics. Have you tried connecting your monitor to the GPU?

If your monitor doesn't work after connecting to the GPU directly try connecting it to the motherboard and temporarily removing the GPU. This will help troubleshoot and narrow down the issue.
