CPU/MBD vs GPU

Hi

I am buying a new pc, and i have 2 options. Regarding the motheboard types, i have the MSI MORTART Z370m or the ASUS H110M-K motherboard. I am also not sure wether to pick a better CPU, MBD and faster RAM, or a better GPU.

I am not sure which one is the best to get, also the 2 PCs are

 

1) 

Motherboard: MSI MORTAR Z370m

CPU: i5-8600k

GPU: Asus Nvidia Gtx1050Ti 4gb

SSD: Kingston A400 120Gb

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM

RAM: Crucial/Kingston/G.Skill/Corsair 8Gb 2400MHz

 

2)

Motherboard: Asus H110M-K

CPU: i7-7700

GPU: Asus Nvidia Gtx1060 3Gb

SSD: Kingston A400 120Gb

HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM

RAM: Crucial/Kingston/G.Skill/Corsair 8Gb 2133MHz
