So i had these RGB LED diodes and i wanted to switch out the existing red LEDs for it. Because RGB everything. But now Everytime i try to turn on the PC, it turns on and off. I don't know if it may be causing this because the circuit is not complete or my power supply. Pls help.

It turns on for like a coupe of seconds, then off and repeat. I fixed it now the LEDs weren't a problem now. But the led diode only seems to be going red in like a breathing effect. When i connect it to my other RGB diodes I'm using for an RGB mousepad it glows all the colors and effects. So is it a matter if less voltage or no ? And thank you for the help ?
