Tablet or Pc upgrades

Now i have some trouble right now. so far is sold my tablet for 150 dollars and i gathered up 599 dollars now that is a lot of money for a less than 16 year old. Now i have a choice, buy 599 dollars worth of computer upgrades or buy a tablet,(preferably Samsung tab s3).

 

now i don't really need to do a lot of stuff with my tablet but my old tablet is veryyyyy slow but my computer is not that bad but it is slow. so wich one tablet or computer upgrades. let the nerds duel !

1. Please would you mind listing your current build?

2. Just a suggestion from a mobile tech guy, would you consider trying a Nexus Tablet, only these will stay faster for longer and will also be able to be modified via software down the line when a. they slow down and b. you have more experience (thus not making it as tricky!).
