Help, 144hz dont work

Are u uaing correct DVI or DisplayPort cable ? 

 

Use the menu on the monitor and then windows settings to set the resolution and refresh rate.

I would recommend that you use a DisplayPort cable that is capable of pushing 144Hz, not sure if DVI can handle that.
