Start by entering you build exactly into PCPartPicker. Get the wattage total. Multiply that number by 1.6, that's the amount of volt-amps you should have. You could go conservative and multiple you PSU rating by 1.6 to get 880VA. Considering that your PC should really never pull your power supply max output, looking for a 900VA UPS should suffice. There are plenty on Amazon and Newegg.
