The ez debug cpu led flashes for a brief moment then turns the whole pc off. All the fans in the case, cpu cooler and video card fans turn but will power off. This is my first pc build and i could be doing something wrong but i have already tried reinstalling all the components. Please help! Thank you

Components:

processor: intel pentium g4600

mobo: msi b250m pro-vd

case: corsair carbide 88r

memory: crucial 2x4gb ddr4 2133Mhz udimm

video card: gigabyte gtx 1050 g1 gaming 2gb

psu: cougar ste 400w

hdd: 1tb seagate barracuda

Try reseating the CPU and RAM.
