first pc build help welcome

Go to solution Solved by seon123,

There is a German PCPP site with German prices. Prices vary by country, so a list made with PCPP US won't cost the same in Germany.

For gaming, especially ones not heavily multi threaded, you'll want Coffee.

You can get a Windows key from Reddit or Kinguin for ~€25.

You could easily cut costs by going for an 8400 with the stock cooler, changing the motherboard to a cheaper one (only do this if you get the 8400), getting a 1070 Ti instead of the 1080 Ti, or changing the PSU to a Vengeance or Pure Power 10.

Honestly. seon123 made a very solid build. i wouldn't change a thing except for maybe the cooler to this (Cooler master HyperX 212).

The 212 is not really a very good cooler in general. The cheaper M9 and Pure Rock Slim perform the same, while being cheaper and smaller. The Mugen 5 is a nicer cooler, and should be fine for an overclocked 8600K.

Really? I've read many good things about the 212. Honestly though, i never had one and you made a really good build, so you probably are right.
