Using Alexa to play from a local server

I want my echo dot to play music form my server (for free). Is this possible?

 

(I live in Europe)

If you can access the music on a device which has bluetooth you could use the echo as a bluetooth speaker.

Thanks for the advise :). But is there a way to do this without moving a finger?
