Does anyone who owns, has owned or seen a be quiet silent loop cooler - does your pump buzz?

This is now my second one. I RMAd the first one because of this stupid annoying buzzing, and this is doing the same. I wouldn't care if I didn't spend £180 on a case with sound dampening foam and a further £80 on silent wings 3 fans. It's the only audible thing in my build, it's annoying enough to keep me up at night. It's just a fairly high pitched buzzing or humming sound that is pretty consistant. It's not an airbubble.

 

Fault or normal? It's the loudest cooler i've used to date.
