So why is it can't you fit a 240 mm rad in a Phantom?

212 Evo. Doesn't get much better in price for performance.

Also, what @Str_Maple said.

+1 Hyper 212 evo for the win, best price to performance cooler ever, their 212 range always has been. I own the 212+ which I still run happily, and I've got a 212 evo sitting next to me that I got for free from a mate, which will be going in my upcoming steam box :)

You should have a look at the new 212X though. It has a better fan.

You can fit a 240mm rad in a Phantom, I've done it. There's not much of a performance difference between air cooling and 120mm AIO water coolers, so save yourself some money and get a 212 EVO or get a 240mm AIO.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @ Stock, CPU cooler: Dark Rock 4, Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX, RAM: 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 @ 3000Mhz, GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 ACX 3.0, SSD: Crucial P1 1TB M.2 + 2x120GB SSDs, Case: Corsair 110R, PSU: Corsair TX650M, OS: Windows 10 64-bit.

It's often a bit more expensive though. It depends on whether the bump in performance is worth the bit more. The 212 Evo is often plenty for the average oc.

Additionally, the 212x is not available yet in many shops.

I have a 280mm rad in my phantom 530. Just save up man.

Phantom ≠ Phantom 530.

You're and your are not the same. Neither are their, there, and they're. Defiantly and Definitely are definitely not the same. Definately and Rediculous are not words, and you should feel bad for misspelling them. If English is your first language, you don't have a learning disorder, and you get any of these wrong, you are making the entire forum slightly dumber by doing so. Please take the extra three seconds to type properly, and have a nice day.
