SSD question

So I have an SSD at 192 out of 232 GB, I know thats nothing but I still want to save as much space as I can. I just have a question about if I could delete any of the files in the pictures,

I dont know if I am right but isnt the hiberfil.sys the file for your computer to go to sleep? I dont really put my computer on sleep mode so can I delete that?
