CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD

This error comes up every time I start my computer up. I looked at fixes such as setting my BIOS settings back to defaults and updating drivers. Unfortunately I cannot update my drivers as around a minute in after I start my computer up, my computer gives the BSOD. I don't know what to do. All other fixes need more time to complete other than 1 minute. I did reset my BIOS back to its default settings but I literally cannot do anything else.

 

I looked to see if my CPU was overheating but it wasn't. It was around 30 deg C and usage was around 17%. Mg computer was working completely fine 24 hours ago. I have no idea what might have happened as I didn't use it much within those 24 hours.

 

CPU: i5 4690k

No gpu/Intel graphics (I'm poor)

16GB of ram

ASUS Z97M plus MOBO

PSU: 600B EVGA

 

Any suggestions?

I got this error when testing out dual channel memory. Maybe try use only a single stick?

If you read my thread, you would've seen that I did exactly that and nothing changed.

Why would I do that. I've been using 4 sticks for at least half a year with no problems. Keep in mind this started literally 2 hours ago.

I do have to note that my cpu  fan spins really loudly as soon as I start the computer up.

normal mine spin max speed at boot up.

From personal experience, with an i7-6700, I had same BSOD with same message and other BSODs with different messages like WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The problem was the CPU. Yep, I was the 1% of people who had a brand new faulty CPU. I'm not saying that you CPU failed out of nowhere but it might be that. Shit happens. The only thing that comes through my mind now is to check another CPU on that PC and try your CPU in another motherboard and see results.
