uninstalling chromium

whenever I start up my computer a previous page I visited sometime ago keeps coming up. I uninstalled chrome and chromium, I am now running the new firefox. However this chromium window keeps popping up on start up. How do i uninstall it or stop it from coming up on start up

Are you using Windows? If so, you need to go to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a Program and make sure it's not on the list of programs there.

Windows 7, and its not listed in programs to uninstall

For the hard to remove software, I use the revo uninstaller and it's FREE.

 

This would take care of it, I'm sure.

I have it installed on my machine and use it on a semi-regular basis considering when I want to get rid of something.  It works for me without any problems.  I would not recommend it if it didn't work.

You might have a malware version of Chromium.  They get installed along with other programs sometimes.
