He needs to reset the bios. Usually there is a jumper on the mainboard, or on better ones a switch. The manual should tell how to reset the bios. 

 

Afterwards it should be on stock settings and boot again.

Hello

my friend he install pc and he install windows working fine

 

then he join to bios . and set  d.o.c.p profile #1 

 

now he have no signal . he cannot enter to bios to disabled D.O.C.P

System 2 "Igluna" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

System 3 "Inskah" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

In basic yes.

 

Usually you won't need to pull out the battery if there is a jumper.

 

Like I said, he has to read the manual book that came with the motherboard. Inside should be everything that he needs to know, most times with illustrations.
