Help finding a Video!

Hey everyone, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I've been trying to find a couple of Linus' videos and for the life of me I can't find them. The first one was like a year or two ago, he explained how to build a Plex library by ripping Blu-Rays, he showed the programs he used and all that, and the second one was just a few days ago, but I still can't seem to find it in his library. He showed off a new NAS, I believe a Synology NAS. Anyone have a link to where I could find them? That would be awesome. Thanks!

Thank you for this. That second video is exactly the one I was looking for. I don't have floatplane so I can't watch that other one.
