Motherboard indication light sequence

Hello! I recently purchased a new CPU and MOBO, but it doesn't seem to be posting. I bough a MOBO speaker, but it's not beeping at all. However, I'm convinced the motherboard's still alive, since all the lights go up and the CPU fan turns on when I press the power button. However, as stated earlier, it doesn't post. On the motherboard, which is a Strix B350-F Gaming, there's an LED light, with a caption with "CPU, HDD, VGA RAM" underneath it. When the system powers up, the following sequence is shown.
