Is there any short mic arm that would fit a blue snowball and clamps to any of the three locations i showed? I also want to be able to move the mic around a bit. Also the height from the bottom to the top part of my desk is 2 feet.

You're kinda unspecific as to what it is you mean to accomplish, so I'm going to try to fill in the gaps.

There are a few types of mic stands, and I will assume that you are streaming/podcasting, so we'll look at a broadcast boom arm as they are:

1) Articulate. You can readily move them around and they're stay in the position that you put them in.

2) Adaptable. They will hold any mic (outside of something exceptionally heavy like an AKG C12 or a C800).

3) Accesorizable. They just look boss. Makes you look fancy.

I'd look at something like this:

https://www.amazon.ca/NEEWER®-Microphone-Suspension-Scissor-Broadcast/dp/B00DW3ZT76/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1513562413&sr=8-3&keywords=broadcast+arm

Clamps to your desk, so it's less floor space being used.

Can hold a snowball quite easily

I want something shorter that wont hit the wall to the right.

I'd have to look, but 99% of broadcast arms are held into the bass by gravity alone, so finding one that's a closed mount will take some time, and probably be expensive.

In that case, is there one like the first one you sent except the 2 long pieces are 1-1.5 ft each in length? Im thinking of trying to place it farther back near the back corner of the desk.(look in the photo) The first part will go up and into the direction of the center but mostly up and the other one going in my direction. Also I need it in US dollars not Canadian if its on amazon.
