"Book"shelf speakers for Christmas

Thanks to mother nature around very early June I no longer have actual PC speakers, at the moment I'm using basically these

Which works for the most part but I think I'd like some bookshelf (or similar size to these) speakers for Christmas. Do all PC speakers come with a headphone port on one of the speakers? If not I'd would likely like that. I do have a 27" Asus PB278Q on this small desk, and at some point may get a second monitor . . . . Would $100 suffice?

In with the usual Micca PB42X recommendation though it's a tad over your budget at 120USD.

Edifier isn't a bad brand either, if you can't stretch your budget to cover the PB42X, then consider the Edifier R980T (65USD) or the R1280T (100USD)....do wait for others, especially spwath who are better at speakers. I'm a headphone guy actually....
