Fresh format windows 10 issues

Hi all, 

 

I have built two identical computers for my siblings. They are using an i5 6500k at stock speed, on an Asus z170-E board with 16gb ram hyper x. Using a 480 kingston ssd and a 1tb storage drive. And a gigabyte 1070.

 

 

For the life of me I cannot figure out the issues... And here they are.. 

 

 

Fresh install, windows 10 from the favourite Bay. Used 30+ times. Never any issue. Until this wonderful headache. 

 

I get :

1) Invalid access to memory location (during previous installation) 

2) Windows (fresh install) errors updating the system., the search area allows me 1-2 characters before it closes. 

3) Windows edge will load a Google search page. Show me all the results then give me an error of some kind (same error you get when you loose connection) 

 

Here is what I have done. 

 

I've don't sfc /scannnow

I've done a full memory diagnostic during boot up. 

 

I've tried installing windows on a separate drive. (the HDD and another SSD) with same results. 

 

 

I do not want to tear my sisters computer apart and start swapping parts if I don't have too.

 

Any suggestions as to what it may be?
