Recommendation for lighting

Hi guys, im looking into getting some lights to illuminate a green/white screen for when im streaming, taking photos of stationary objects, and for future portraits and stuff. I was thinking some soft box lights would be good. Let me know what you think.

 

Heres what i was thinking. Anybody have any better/cheaper suggestions?

700 watt vs 800 watt?

Should i get a 2 light kit? or a 3?

2 lights are enough, one on the left and right, these lights seem fine!
