Some googling tells me the dimension of a gtx745 are 14,5cm on 6,9cm no height specified and a tiny gtx 1050 is 17,2cm on 11,3cm with 3cm height.

The 11 and 6 are ignorable since it won't matter.

The 1050 tho needs 2 slots where a 745 had 1.

Seems like a big enough case so yeah it would fit, but so would small more powerfull gpus too.

None of the pictures I can find suggest this a slim cabinet so why low profile? 

 

If the PC is still stock only length should be your concern. 

 

A 1060 is also quite a bit better even in the 3GB variant from what I have seen and not much more expensive at least here.
