Refresh windows tool ERROR

So i want to do a fresh windows install with the Refresh windows tool but i get this error : http://prntscr.com/hnmo4p

 

Anyone have a solution ?

Have you tried a google search on the error code shown in the pic?  From what I can tell, you need to do a fresh, clean install of Windows using the media creation tool.

The thing is i don't have a usb over 5go
