Yeah, which should help explain why a CPU from Q2'04 isn't on the list. Hyper-threading (which your newer CPU supports) wasn't even released until 2002.

The only hope out there (and in my experience this would be a foolish thing to do) is to find a way to cut the CPU clock straight in half, making it a 1.7GHz core with a 400MHz FSB. Even if this were possible, and worked, it would be a complete waste of the CPU.

I would try messing with the USB compatibility settings in your BIOS.

And when plug in the USB 2.0 flash drive it flashes two sec then stops

And additionally, hyper-threading would need to be disabled.

That's likely the flash drive's own POST; it's not interacting with the host controller. Try the BIOS compatibility settings.

Also I rewired a USB 2.0 o a USB 1.0 plug witch connects onto Mobo witch works perfectly fine with every thing

Can't give you step-by-step, as every BIOS is different. But look for something akin to USB Compatibility under Hardware or Advanced.
