Everything looks nice, but I recommend going with a case that will show your insides, even if that means buying a completely new one. Also better case fans (like a few be quiet or nzxt fans for rgb) would help

If the case can fit it, the H5 Ultimate will perform a bit better.

You can get a Ripjaws V Samsung B-die kit for about the same price as that LPX kit. Get one of those.

That's a really overpriced 1070. If you switched the CPU to something like the 8600K or 8400, you should be able to get a 1080 Ti.

That's a really overpriced Pure Power 10. It's a budget oriented PSU, you can get good PSUs for less. 550W is plenty.

Why go for the Ripjaws?

The EU prices for the GPU's are a bit different, thats the best deal over here right now.

The psu price is changed, I found a better deal.
