FreeSync AND VSync?

I just got my RX580 today and will be setting it up later tonight.

 

So as per title, FreeSync and VSync?

Are they designed to work together? I have an LG 27MP68VQ-P that should work up to 75Hz with FreeSync.

Is this on a per-game basis?

 

I'm not sure if I have "the eye" to see screen tearing. Most of the games I've played are MOBAs and aren't really prone to screen tearing.

BUT, I'll be playing alot of single-player FPS with this card.

Forget V-Sync.

 

With the newest AMD Adrenalin drivers you'll get Enhanced Sync. It's a better alternative to V-Sync.

 

Also yes you can use those at the same time. Although Enhanced Sync only comes into play when you have higher FPS than your display can handle.
