Double boot with XMP enabled but the overclocking works, should I be worried?

So when I enable XMP my computer boots twice (Fans ramp up to 100% twice and on the second time it turns on)

I have looked at CPU-Z and task manager and both show the RAM running at 3200mhz which is what it supposed to run at, RAM is the Trident Z 2x8GB 3200mhz Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZKW

Should I worry that it boots twice? I have updated to latest version of ASROCK AB350 Pro4 bios V4.2, the only way it does one boot is if I turn XMP off but then the mhz is just 2133, I wanted to try to overclock it my self but I don't see any option like that in the OC tweaker in the bios I think you can only do XMP
