Using too much ram.....again

My ran usage has always been really unstable. Why is this happening? That's my usage at idle. I have ran malware bytes and the PC is clean. First time this happened, I disabled page file and that worked but then people yelled at me for doing that so any other suggestions would help. Thanks.

I've been running no paging file since Vista. So 11 years....

This has been across 4 machines ranging from 4GB to 16 GB systems. I've had 0 problems from it.

It's not a race to the bottom.
