CSS: Footer not aligning with header?

For some reason the footer of my website isn't aligning with my header, does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Your footer might have different padding to the Header or is not covered by the page format or however you have laid out your page IE a border, margin or a picture. It might be that the text size is different? Try putting the header and footer code in a different document so you would know that the rest of the page would not be affecting it. I don't know much about CSS but I know very limited things about HTML. Hope I could help.
