Basic Video Editor that doesn't Re-encode?

Tried that, however the preview is really slow and laggy, ended up finding a program called Lossless Cut which works perfectly. Thanks.

I ended up just using ffmpeg, as using all the other options I kept getting audio / video sync issues.

Does anyone know of any basic video editor that allows you to do frame by frame work and basic cuts without re-encoding?

 

I usually use ffmpeg, as it's great, but are there any other options that have a UI?
